1. Who we are

2. What data we collect

Visitors of this website (no account):

• An anonymous pageview counter (only the page visited and language, no IP address or other identifying data — the key lives only in your browser tab).
• If you consent via the cookie banner: Google Analytics, to see how the site is used (pages visited, approximate country-level location, device type). We don't load this without your consent.

Customers and users of the TMS/WMS platform (with an account): name, email address, phone number, and the business/shipment data needed to deliver the service (dossiers, invoices, documents). This data is used only to operate the platform, never for marketing.

We only share data with parties needed to deliver the service: Microsoft 365 (business email), and — only for accounts with an active TMS/WMS subscription — our accounting and customs integrations. We do not sell data to third parties.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict the processing of, and receive a copy of your data, and to object to processing. Contact us at contact@nexportal.nl. You may also file a complaint with your local data protection authority (in the Netherlands: the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

6. Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
